2016 Acura ILX Overview
The 2016 Acura ILX is a compact luxury sedan with a starting MSRP of $27,900. Besides offering an attractive and sporty exterior design, the 2016 ILX comes standard with a rearview camera and a 201 horsepower four-cylinder engine. The 2016 Acura ILX will be competing in the same segment as the Honda Civic, Buick Verano, Mercedes-Benz CLA250, and Audi A3.
The 2016 Acura ILX is available in six trims: ILX, ILX with AcuraWatch Plus, ILX with Premium Package, ILX with premium and A-SPEC Package, ILX with Technology Plus Package, and ILX with Technology Plus and A-SPEC Package.

What’s new for the 2016 Acura ILX?
The 2016 Acura ILX has eliminated last year’s 2.0-liter engine and now comes standard with a 2.4-liter engine. The chassis of the 2016 ILX was also made stiffer by 12%. Furthermore, the 2016 model comes standard with Jewel Eye LED headlights.

The 2016 Acura ILX features a sporty and sleek design, which is highlighted by Jewel Eye LED headlights and redesigned grille. The 2016 ILX comes standard with 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels and 18-inch wheels are included with A-Spec models. Exterior color options for the 2016 Acura ILX include Basque Red Pearl II, Catalina Blue Pearl, Graphite Luster Metallic, Slate Silver Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl, and Bellanova White Pearl.

2016 Acura ILX Performance
The 2016 Acura ILX comes standard with a 2.4-liter engine and eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, which combine to produce 201 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque. In testing performed by Edmunds, the 2016 Acura ILX was able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 6.9 seconds.
