The 2016 Cadillac CTS-V was engineered to provide 20% greater structural stiffness than the non V-series model, which enables better handling and more responsive steering capabilities. Highlights of the vehicle’s exterior include 19-inch alloy wheels and IntelliBeam® headlamps. Exterior color options for the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V sedan are Black Raven, Red Obsession Tintcoat, Phantom Gray Metallic, Stellar Black Metallic, Crystal White Tricoat, and Radiant Silver Metallic.

2016 Cadillac CTS-V Performance
The 2016 Cadillac CTS-V comes equipped with a 6.2-liter V8 supercharged engine good for 640 horsepower and 630 lb-ft of torque, which is only slightly less powerful than the Corvette Z06’s performance numbers of 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. The 2016 Cadillac CTS-V also comes standard with an eight-speed automatic transmission and Brembo brakes. Additionally, the 2016 CTS-V can rocket from 0-to-60 mph in only 3.7 seconds and reportedly has a top speed of 200 mph.

The 2016 Cadillac CTS-V’s 6.2-liter V8 supercharged engine and eight-speed automatic transmission work together to produce an EPA-estimated fuel economy of 14 mpg in the city and 21 mpg on the highway. This sedan features a 19 gallon fuel tank.

The interior of the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V is luxurious and spacious, as you would expect from a Cadillac boasting an MSRP of $83,995. This sedan comes with an updated CUE infotainment system that is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The inerior also features a 16-way power driver seat that is trimmed in Mulan leather, which also includes sueded microfiber inserts and seatbacks.

2016 Cadillac CTS-V Safety
The 2016 Cadillac CTS-V sedan earned a five-star safety rating in crash tests performed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
