What’s New on the 2019 Cadillac CT6?

Refreshed for 2019, the CT6 comes with a few new features for the new model year. These include standard Active Noise Cancellation, a hands-free decklid, a console-mounted rotary controller for the infotainment system, and the Rear Pedestrian Alert safety system. On the exterior, Manhattan Noir Metallic and Shadow Metallic have been added to the list of color options. The CT6 also boasts new grille designs, new signature headlamps and taillamps, and new finishes specifically designed for the Sport trim.


Performance

The 2019 CT6 offers two engine options. The Premium Luxury trim carries a 3.6-liter V6 engine that gets 335 horsepower and 284 lb-ft of torque. The Sport and Platinum trims come with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 that makes 404 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. Both engines are connected to a 10-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission with paddle shifters.

Exterior Features

The handsome exterior of the CT6 comes with standard features like LED headlamps and taillamps, illuminated door handles, heated mirrors, and 19-inch wheels. The Premium Luxury and Platinum trims incorporate bright accents for the grille surround and moldings, while the Sport trim distinguishes itself with dark and body-colored accents and an integrated rear spoiler. Each trim can be outfitted with a variety of 20-inch wheel styles.



Interior Features

The cabin of the 2019 CT6 is loaded with luxurious features. Heated leather seating with 16-way power adjustability, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, ambient interior lighting, wireless charging, a power sunroof, and dual-zone automatic climate control come standard. The standard Cadillac user experience infotainment system includes a 10.2-inch color touch screen, navigation, voice recognition, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, and Bose premium audio. An 8-inch color driver information center and available Head-Up Display make it easy to monitor vehicle functions.


Safety Tech

The 2019 CT6 is equipped with a range of cutting-edge safety technologies. HD Surround Vision, a Surround Vision Recorder, Forward Collision Alert, Forward and Reverse Automatic Braking, Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and a safety-alert seat are just a few of the standard systems built into the CT6. Customers can also opt for available technologies like Super Cruise hands-free driver assistance, Adaptive Cruise Control – Advanced, Night Vision, and a Rear Camera Mirror.
