A refrigerated tractor-trailer carrying $85,000 worth of shredded mozzarella cheese was stolen Saturday evening while en route to a Hungry Howie’s Pizza distribution center in Central Florida (where else?) The theft occurred at Hubbard’s Truck Parking in Summerfield, Florida, where the driver and his girlfriend had left the truck to have a mechanic take a look at it.

The woman reported the crime to Marion County Police on Sunday morning. According to a police sketch artist, the cheese thieves probably look something like this:

No, just kidding.

The missing trailer—which features white mud flaps with “Hudsonville Trailer Sales” on them and a Michigan license plate—was itself worth $62,000. Between the truck and the mozzarella, their Great (Grate?) Cheese Robbery netted the unknown outlaws $147,000.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Marrion County Sheriff’s office.
