Introducing the 2015.5 Dodge Viper GTS and TA 2.0 Special Edition Models
Ever since Dodge dropped the price of the 2015 Viper back in September, the brand has seen tremendous sales growth for that model. To build on that success, Dodge officially opened the system for sold customer orders of the 2015.5 Dodge Viper GTS and TA 2.0 Special Edition models. These will sit alongside the GT and SRT models to complete the Viper lineup. The interim special editions will offer additional content to consumers.

“The jump in Viper’s September sales after we announced the new $84,995 starting price showed that the overall repositioning to competitively price Viper with the first 1992 model was on target. But that was just the start,” commented Tim Kuniskis, the President and CEO of Dodge and SRT. “Today, we’re expanding the Viper lineup by offering the track ready Viper TA 2.0 and GTS models with even more content. This limited-production hand-built super car is the flagship of the Dodge brand, and we will continue to show our commitment to its future.”
So what new content is added for the 2015.5 Dodge Viper GTS and TA 2.0 models?
The Viper GTS, which carries an MSRP of $107,995, makes many driver preferred options standard, like the Alcantara headliner, the Harman Kardon 18-speaker sound system, and the Laguna leather seats. Also standard are 18/19-inch polished aluminum Venom wheels; Nappa leather IP, console, and doors; power six-way driver and passenger seats; and unique GTS badging. Dodge is also offering a new GTS Ceramic Blue Special Edition, which carries a Ceramic Blue paintjob with Black stripes, orange brake calipers, rear carbon fiber appliqué, and GTS gloss badging.
Meanwhile, the Viper TA 2.0 retails for $101,995, sitting on 18/19-inch Matte Black Sidewinder Wheels with Pirelli P Zero Corsa Tires. The special edition boasts dual-mode suspension, five-mode ESC, two-piece Brembo Rotors, black Brembo brakes with orange lettering, performance brake pads, rear carbon fiber appliqué, a carbon fiber structural X-Brace, a TA aero wing assembly kit, a TA front splitter, a TA front decal, a TA sill decal, and a car cover. The TA 2.0 also features a high-performance Aero package, interior accent stitching, and a competition rear spoiler and front lower dive planes.
Dodge promises that the High-impact Y’Orange and Stryker Orange exterior colors will be available at dealerships early next year.
