Lexus Canada Lengthens its Hybrid Battery Warranty

If you’re planning on choosing a 2020 Lexus hybrid model, your good decision just got better. Lexus Canada already offered a generous warranty on its hybrid batteries, clocking in at eight years or 160,000 km. Now, that’s been extended to 10 years or 240,000 km, whichever comes first, while the rest of its hybrid components enjoy eight years or 160,000 km of coverage. These parts include the hybrid battery module and control module, along with the inverter and converter.

Lexus offers no shortage of hybrid models in Canada. Here’s a look at six 2020 models, all of which are covered by the extended battery warranty.
