Based on the November 2019 sales for Mitsubishi Motors North America, the brand is on track to have a seventh year in a row of annual sales growth. In addition, its vehicle sales are up over last November.

A breakdown of the sales

Mitsubishi announced its November 2019 sales, which show that the brand sold 8,188 vehicles last month. This amount is 6.5 percent higher than in November 2018 when Mitsubishi sold 7,688 vehicles.

As for the calendar year-to-date sales, which run to the end of November, there were 111,131 vehicles. This is a 1.9% year-over-year increase in comparison to that same time period during 2018 in which Mitsubishi sold 109,088 vehicles.

Since 2007, the best calendar year-to-date sales for Mitsubishi continues to be 2019. Year-over-year, sales were up an impressive 24.9% for the Mirage. 1,522 vehicles sold in 2018, while 1,901 vehicles sold in 2019.

Sales of the Outlander Sport were also up year-over-year, with 8.4% more vehicles sold in November of 2019 than in November of 2018. The vehicles sold went from 2,578 in 2018 to 2,795 in 2019.

Year-over-year, Mitsubishi sold more Eclipse Cross models as well. In November of 2018, 1,169 vehicles sold. During that same month in 2019, 1,336 vehicles sold, representing an increase of 14.3%. The calendar year-to-date sales of the Eclipse Cross is a major reason why the total calendar year-to-date sales have increased. Mitsubishi went from selling 7,888 vehicles of the Eclipse Cross in 2018 to selling 18,241 vehicles in 2019.

If Mitsubishi continues its sales growth throughout December, it should officially have its seventh year of annual sales growth in a row.
