2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Secures Three Car Seats in Single Row
Families with three kids who require three car seats for safe travel are faced with a limited amount of vehicle options, especially if they want all three car seats to fit side by side by side. Luckily, the well-equipped, 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee delivers the necessary space and connectors, earning it a spot on U.S. News & World Report’s list, “21 Great Vehicles That Fit 3 Car Seats Across.”
“The Jeep has two full sets of LATCH connectors on the outboard seats of its second row, along with a tether anchor on the middle seat, allowing for three car seats to be installed side by side,” according to U.S. News & World Report writers Eileen Falkenberg-Hull and Liana Madrid. “The Grand Cherokee has 58 inches of second-row shoulder room.”
The 2019 Grand Cherokee earned a U.S. News’ score of 8.4 out of 10.
The midsize SUV is available at 12 trim levels: Laredo, Laredo E, Upland, Altitude, Limited, Limited X, Trailhawk®, Overland, High Altitude, Summit, SRT®, and Trackhawk.
