Car and Driver Includes 2019 Ram 1500 on 10Best Trucks and SUVs List
The 2019 Ram 1500 bested the competition to win big in the full-size pickup truck category in Car and Driver’s round-up of the 10Best Trucks and SUVs list. The pub’s experts evaluated each vehicle’s value and performance against a 100-point scale.
According to Car and Driver, “In its comfort, composure, and capability, the Ram 1500 is America at its best. In the upper trims, Laramie Longhorn and Limited, the detailing and material richness exceed not only those of any other current pickup, but the standards established by any domestic vehicle in many decades. And the Ram’s rear suspension delivers a class-leading ride with or without a trailer, smoothing out high-frequency chatter and shrugging off big impacts with ease.”
The 2019 Ram 1500 has been racking up awards and attention since its release, snagging titles including the Pickup Truck of the Year from Four Wheeler Magazine for its Rebel trim, a Best Buy designation from Le Guide de l’Auto, the Top Pick Award from autoTRADER.ca, and the 2019 North American Truck of the Year.
