Chevrolet Complete Care Rolled Out in Thailand
Today Chevrolet announced the launch of Chevrolet Complete Care in Thailand. The program is designed to provide assistance, repairs, and more during the complete lifetime of a customer’s Chevy vehicle.
The program has its genesis in a global survey conducted to understand the desires of each market, and responders in Thailand indicated a need for top-notch sales and ownership experiences. Chevrolet Complete Care is designed to meet that need.
“With Chevrolet Complete Care, we seek to deliver a consistently satisfying and truly valuable Chevrolet ownership experience for all Chevrolet customers,” said GM International President Stefan Jacoby. “Our goal is to demonstrate to our customers that we truly care about them throughout their ownership experience. We want to establish complete trust to earn customers for life through Chevrolet Complete Care.”
The Chevrolet Complete Care program offers 24-hour roadside assistance, a three-year 62,137-mile warranty, and mobile service. Chevy call center staffed with certified technicians will be on hand to answer car owners’ questions and concerns.
“As one of the most comprehensive customer care packages from any brand, Chevrolet Complete Care provides customers a peace of mind, allowing them to focus on the important things in life and enjoy a stress-free journey,” said GMI executive Mike Devereux.
Although no announcement has been made, it’s possible that the program could eventually make its way here to the US.
