Dodge Challenger Earns Third Consecutive Win in AutoPacific 2019 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards

Topping the Sporty Car category to earn its third consecutive 2019 Vehicle Satisfaction Award is the 2019 Dodge Challenger. The popular muscle car is a hit with its owners in categories including design, power, performance and interior comfort. In all, the Vehicle Satisfaction Awards asked more than 50,000 owners of 2019 model year light duty trucks and cars to evaluate their vehicles according to 32 categories.

The 2019 Dodge Challenger is available at six trim levels — SXT, GT, R/T, R/T Scat Pack, SRT Hellcat, and SRT Hellcat Redeye, and offers several powertrain options for a customized driving performance.

The standard 3.6-liter V6 is paired to a TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission to generate 305 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The available 5.7-liter V8 HEMI engine can be paired to either a six-speed manual TREMEC or TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission to rattle the road with 375 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. A rating of 485 horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque is produced by the available 392 V8 SRT HEMI engine. The Challenger SRT Hellcat is equipped with a 6.2-liter Supercharged HEMI V8 SRT rated at 717 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. If you need more power or a more responsive ride, opt for the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye that delivers 797 horsepower and 707 lb-ft of torque with its 6.2-liter Supercharged High-Output V8.
