Mississippi is perhaps best known for its connection to the Mississippi River, so it’s no surprise that some of the top off-road parks in the state focus on getting you as wet as possible. Red Creek Off-Road

Hours of Operation: Open 365 days a year; call the staff and give advance notice to ride on weekdays.

Location: 191 Vestry Road, Perkinston, MS 39573

Cost of Admission: One-day fees are $10 for an ATV, $10 additionally per driver and passenger, or $5 for military/law enforcement; two-day fees are $15 for an ATV, plus $15 per driver and passenger, and $10 for military or law enforcement.

Types of Vehicles Allowed: 4×4 vehicles, ATVs, MX bikes, ATCs, dune buggies, go-karts, and all other off-road vehicles; SUVs must have a functioning 4WD system and a fully-enclosed metal cab and/or roll bar protection, as well as frame-mounted tow hooks.

If your idea of a fun time is soaking your quad in mud all the way up to your hips, then Red Creek Off-Road is definitely the place for you. There’s just about every kind of off-road challenge to enjoy, as well as numerous lodging options for those who wish to stay the night and do it all over again the next day.

With over 600 acres of off-road trails and 35 acres of campground parks, Muddy Joe’s is a prime vacation spot for families. Even when you’re not honing your skills out on the trails, pits, bogs, and truck play pond, you can relax at the swimming pool or in one of the several bath houses. Muddy Joe’s also hosts several events each year, including the ATV Mudfest, which draws in crowds of more than 5,000 people.

Located right by Fulton, Bardyard Mudboggers offers 715 acres of trails, hills, mud, and camping fun for the whole family, including 60 extensive trails designed for all kinds of off-road vehicles and for riders of all experiences. There’s also plenty of room for families to bring a tent or camper and spend the weekend!
